  • Welcome to Texas Market Guide Shows ~ We are the show company created by vendors for vendors. Our goal at Texas Market Guide is to bring high quality events to both customers and vendors in emerging new marketplaces. With over 100 years of combined experience, we are merging old and new ways of presenting products and drawing customers to this always changing environment.

    Texas Market Guide currently hosts eleven shows. For more information on each show be sure to visit our calendar of events. Here is a listing of all of our shows

    All of our shows are indoors except for the covered patio area at the Dripping Springs Ranch Park. Booth sizes are listed below. Corners are an additional $50.00. Electricity, tables, chairs and backdrop are included in the Aransas Pass shows. Electricity is extra at all other shows. One table, 2 chairs and backdrop are included with the booth price unless you are placed along a wall. We do not provide tables and chairs in Dripping Springs, only backdrop in the indoor section.

    Christmas By the Bay - 8th Annual. November 14-15, 2020 Aransas Pass Civic Center, Aransas Pass, TX. Booth space is 10x10 for $260.00.

    ANGELS & MISTLETOE HOLIDAY MARKET - 2nd Annual. November 27-29, 2020, Embassy Suites Hotel & Conference Center, San Marcos, TX. Booth space is 10x10 for $300.00.  THE SOAP AND DIRECT SALES CATEGORIES ARE CLOSED FOR THIS SHOW. Preview tickets go on sale September 1, 2020.  

    Texas Winter Market I. 10th Annual Anniversary Show! We host the original and only Texas Winter Markets in the beautiful Aransas Pass Civic Center which has been home to the Texas Winter Markets for ten years! January 9-10, 2020. Booth space is 10x10 for $260.00.  

    Kerrville Winter Market - 6TH Annual. January 23-24, 2021,  Inn of the Hills, Kerrville, TX. Booth Space is 10x10 or 8x12 for $225.00. 

    Texas Winter Market II - 9th Annual.February 13-14, 2021,   Aransas Pass Civic Center, Aransas Pass, TX. Booth space is 10x10 for $260.00.  Special Set up time for this show. 

    Wildflower Spring Market - 9th Annual. March 27-28, 2021, Ranch Park, Dripping Springs, TX. Booth space is 10x10. Indoors: $225.00  Outside Covered Patio: $199.00 

    Made in America Market - 2nd Annual. June 26-27, 2021. Brazos County Expo, Bryan, TX. Booth space is 10x10 for $240.00.

    Sandollar Summer Market - 10th Annual. July 24-25, 2021, Aransas Pass Civic Center, Aransas Pass, TX. Booth space is 10x10 for $260.00.

    Kerrville Summer Market - 6th Annual. July 10-11, 2021, Inn of the Hills, Kerrville, TX. Booth Space is 10x10 or 8x12 for $225.00.

    Texas Market Guide is a supporter of the local food banks! Wherever we have an event you are welcome to bring non-perishable food items for a $1.00 discount off of our already low admission! Vendors are also welcome to donate to the food drive. Hunger never takes a holiday, so we are dedicated to help in whatever community we are in. Join us in a worthy cause to help those who are less fortunate.

    Texas Market Guide is proud to support several ministries and would like to invite you to participate if you feel led. The ministries listed will happily accept donations. Please see each one for an expanded list of needed items.


    In every town we host a show we adopt a local food pantry and offer $1.00 off of your admission when you bring a non-perishable food item to the show. You are always welcome to bring more than one if you wish. Shoppers and vendors alike enjoy participating in the food drive at each event. Food pantries will also take cash donations and we are happy to make sure the local pantry receives your donation. It is our way of giving back to the community and we are delighted to have collected thousands of pounds of food over the last 9 years, thanks to our generous vendors and shoppers. Hunger never takes a holiday and these pantries are always in need of donations to help those less fortunate.


    Located in the Lake Jackson, Texas area, the Port Ministry originally began as a ministry to seamen but over the years has grown to include others in need. This ministry accepts the extra toiletries provided in hotel rooms and shares them with these folks. We collect these items at the shows. If you travel and have extra unused toiletries in your possession and would like a great place to put them to use, please feel free to bring them to us and we will be happy to get them to the proper place!     Another busy ministry in the Lake Jackson area is the Pregnancy Help Center. This loving, educational center is there to help women during their pregnancies in many different ways. Please visit their Facebook page by clicking HERE to read about them and find out how you can help! Pregnancy Help Center is a locally funded non-profit organization that has been serving individuals in crisis pregnancy in southern Brazoria County, Texas and beyond since 1990.


    Water to Thrive transforms lives in rural Africa by bringing the sustainable blessing of clean, safe water to communities in need by connecting them to social investors, congregations, schools, individuals, and community groups with a heart to make a difference.     STCH Ministries International is one of nine branches of our faith-based, nonprofit organization that has been caring for children and families since 1952. This ministry was brought to our attention by Carol and Larry W. who spend several months a year in the Dominican Republic helping to build churches and minister to the people in many ways. We are able to take the unused soaps from your hotel room travels to send to the people there. Please feel free to bring those soaps to the shows and we'll make sure they get to the ministry for distribution. There are other items on their wish list, so stay tuned for an update on that!     Hands & Feet Global – Short-term International Trips

    We carefully select international partners and support them in serving the disadvantaged and those at risk. We select partners who have demonstrated effective ministry and responsible care.     1. Unless prior arrangements for late arrival have been made, all booths must be claimed no later than 7:30 AM on Saturday morning. If your booth has not been claimed by that time it will be forfeited and no refund will be given. All booth spaces must be completely set up no later than 30 minutes before the show opens to the general public. Exhibitor provides all display equipment. ALL tables must be covered to the floor with no boxes or packing materials in sight of the customer. 2. Exhibitor agrees to hold Texas Market Guide, its staff members, or the building or its employees harmless in the event of show cancellation, damage to booth and/or merchandise or injury to exhibitor.3. Exhibitor agrees to keep the exhibit within the bounds of the leased space and arrange their exhibit in a way that does not interfere with other exhibits. Failure to comply could result in cancellation of booth and no refund will be given. Exhibitors are prohibited from soliciting in the aisles of the show. 4. Exhibitor agrees to design, construct, and operate his/her exhibit in good taste and in the overall best interest of the show. 5. Exhibitor agrees to have booth staffed during all open hours of the show. 6. Exhibitor agrees that Texas Market Guide is providing space to sell their merchandise and Texas market Guide makes no guarantee of sales or success of the event as response from the public cannot be assured. 7. Lessor makes no representations or warranties not expressly set forth herein. 8. Exhibitor agrees to report and pay their own sales tax to the state of Texas. Texas Market Guide is in no  way responsible for such taxes. Texas Market Guide requires vendors to have their sales tax permit available for inspection for any time. 9. Should Exhiibiitor fail to occupy rented booth space no refund will be given. 10. If show is canceled for acts of God, work stoppages, strikes, or any other circumstance out of the control of the Lessor (Texas Market Guide0 it will be left up to the discretion of show management to determine if a refund will be given. 11. Exhibit space will be reserved when payment is made in full. 12. All loading and unloading must occur through back dock doors. NO EXCEPTIONS. 13. If you are putting down a deposit, final payment is due no later than 30 days prior to the show. If payment is not received by that date your booth will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited unless prior arrangements (emergencies only) have been made. 14. Vendor Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made by vendor will allow ONE movement of funds to any other show ONLY if booth can be resold to another vendor. If booth cannot be resold all funds will be forfeited and no refund will be given.
