At Texas Salt Co. we produce artisan finishing salts. All of our smoked salts are cold smoked in The Cowboy Capital of the World, Bandera, Texas. We smoke our salts for up to a week, depending on the wood variety, to give you the best smokey flavor in the smallest amount of salt. Our signature salt is our Cowboy Salt™. We infuse pure pacific sea salt with garlic and rosemary, then smoke it over Texas pecan wood for a full week. We also have started to smoke cracked peppercorn.
